Important Information for
ACP Associate & PCPA Adjunct Members
We are grateful for the ACP Associate and PCPA Adjunct Members who provide products and services to support our respective Publishing Members! One of the best opportunities for you to network with our members and build relationships with an eye toward business development for your organization is to be actively engaged in our annual conference.
Here are the ways you can participate. Please note each of these has a firm deadline for selection with a first come, first served option for participation.
Gratis display table
We will have space for approximately 25 display tables in the room where all food & beverages will be served. There will be additional tables availabe in the foyer. All sponsors will be in the main exhibit/food area.
Others will be selected based upon a first come, first served basis as tables are available.
So, you will want to complete the Display Reservation form ASAP. The deadline for registering for an exhibit table is January 31, 2025.
Educational workshop and/or webinar proposal
Leading an educational workshop at our conference or a webinar sometime in 2025 is a great way to share your expertise with members who are interested in your products and services.
The deadline for submitting up to three proposals for our advisory team's review is October 9, 2024.

Gain visibility by being a conference sponsor
Want to have more visibility with ACP & PCPA publishing members? Being a conference sponsor provides excellent opportunities before, during and after the event.
Sponsorships are available on a first come, first served basis. The packages range from US $500 to $5,000. Sponsorship payments are due by no later than January 31, 2025.
Several have already been taken, so if you are interested in being. sponsor, you'll want to review these and make a decision quickly.
